Whether you grew up calling it Children’s Church or Sunday School, at Harvest, we call it

Harvest Kids.

For Kindergarten through 5th Grade,
we focus on what we call “252 Basics.”

Think about all the different things they are trying for the first time and what they’re learning every day, even how to make (and keep) friends. In this phase, we explore how we can tap into the way kids are naturally wired to discover‚ so they can begin to experience for themselves who God is, how He sees them and how much He loves them. We try to show them God’s big story and help them discover the active part they can play in this life-long adventure, to be more like Him.
We strive to help parents be an important part of the Harvest Kids experience so we provide Parent Cues and weekly discussion points (God Time Cards) to help you reinforce and connect with your child’s lessons each week.
The Parent Cue has a monthly memory verse and an overview of what the kids are learning about each week. It also features a weekly discussion topic that parents can have with their children related to the core value of the month. God Time Cards are weekly homework assignments parents can do with their children throughout the week to further reinforce that week’s topic.
